A MESSAGE TO MY TEENAGE FRIENDS
BY JOHN ODEY ADUMA
Preamble
In an age when violence has now become the breath that some human-beasts amongst us now do breathe, and where such satanic tendency – bestiality, monstrosity and murderousness have become pervasive and now a sort of hobby or pastime for the sickly elements in our midst like Salvador Ramos, it has thusly become earnestly inevitable for the young peoples of the world to be told loud and clear that just as in the English Language Grammar, life too has got its punctuations and boundaries. And the recent Uvalde massacre in Texas, United States of America, where the 18-yearl old shot and killed 19 students and two teachers offers a most auspicious time to remind all young people the world over that every lifer is precious and matters to God. Therefore, only He can take life.
What is more, that eternal message to all humanity – YOU MUST NOT KILL, has not been deleted from the scripture:
THE ROYAL LAW
THE GOLDEN RULE
Treat all people as you want them to treat you.
*The Ten Commandments Paraphrased – Exodus 20:3-17.
